OPINION BY PRESIDENT JUDGE COLINS FILED: January 31, 1995 Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh (employer) petitions for review of an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) affirming a referee's decision to award benefits to William Jefferson (claimant) because he voluntarily quit work with cause of a necessitous and compelling nature (good cause), pursuant to Section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law). 1 We affirm.
